Parabola is an American progressive metalcore band formed in Burlington, Connecticut. Founded in 2023 by drummer Casio Robinson & guitarist Kasper Ochęduszko, they have released 3 albums to date.

They pull influences from djent, country, pop punk, metalcore, deathcore, and funk, amongst many other genres. The band is generally considered to be in the "metal-adjacent" scene.

Since their debut album, Join The Equation, the band has sought to explore many different genre influences with help from two additional bandmates as the project began as a duo. Now, in 2025, the band is back to a duo, set on returning soon from a hiatus.
